broadcasting station

"broadcasting station" means a station which transmits broadcast matter - (a) by radio waves or sound waves or any other electromagnetic waves, through ether, wire, cable or satellite; and (b) for reception by the general public - [Subs. Act A977] (i) whether or not any payment is made or other fee is paid by the general public relating to the reception of the broadcast matter; and (ii) through radio broadcast receivers or television broadcast receivers;
